1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Device Repair Tracker system operated by Stelacom Pvt Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.

2. Eligibility

This platform is intended for use by authorized agents of Stelacom Pvt Ltd or affiliated service providers only.

3. Service Scope

The Device Repair Tracker allows device agents to log, monitor, and manage repair service requests. Estimated timelines are provided as a guide and may vary based on service needs and parts availability.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal and device details during service intake.
  • Remove SIM and memory cards prior to handing over the device.
  • Back up personal data before service. Stelacom is not liable for data loss.
  • Disable security features like Screen Lock (Pin, Patterns, Passwords and Biometrics) FRP or Apple ID where required.

5. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and process your data solely for providing repair services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.

6. Device Condition and Inspection

All devices are inspected at the time of intake. Existing faults or physical damage will be recorded. Stelacom will not be held responsible for previously unreported issues.

7. Service Charges

Service charges may apply depending on the issue and device type. Customers will be informed of any applicable charges before service begins. See our Privacy Policy for current rates on FRP-locked devices and break-free offers.

8. Limitations of Liability

Stelacom Pvt Ltd is not responsible for data loss, unintentional damage, or device failure not directly caused by our repair actions. Customers are advised to back up data and disclose any previous service history during intake.

9. Warranty and Returns

Repairs may include limited warranty coverage depending on the nature of the service. Warranty claims will be honored only if the issue directly relates to the original repair and no external tampering has occurred.

10. Termination of Access

Unauthorized or fraudulent use of the system may result in denial of service or reporting to legal authorities. Stelacom reserves the right to restrict access at any time.

11. Updates to Terms

These Terms of Service may be revised periodically. Updates will be communicated through internal announcements or the Device Repair Tracker interface.
