Submit New Repair

I have clearly explained the following service terms and conditions to the customer, and the customer has acknowledged and accepted them:

Service Terms and Conditions

  1. The screen lock must be removed from the device prior to handover. If the screen is damaged and the device cannot be unlocked, please include the lock screen password in the "Device Condition" Notes.
  2. The customer must ensure that any pending or outstanding loan amounts (including ongoing dues) related to the device are fully settled before service processing. (such as LesiPay or A2B)
  3. Repair service charges will apply under the following conditions:
    • Samsung
      • FRP Locked Devices: Service charge of Rs. 3,500
      • Break-Free Offer Service: Service charge of Rs. 3,000
    • Honor, Redmi & ZTE
      • FRP Locked Devices: Service charge of Rs. 1,500
  4. Customers are required to submit the payment reference to the Service Center for payment verification.
  5. Kindly check if the device can be turned on, both cameras are working (Selfie and Main), all buttons (volume rockers, power button, etc.) are functioning, the display is working, the device is not damaged (liquid or physical), and both speakers (earpiece and bottom) are operational before the handover; if any of these are not working as expected, please mention them in the "Device Condition" notes and inform the customer about the need for repair prior to the handover.
